Scientific Exploration (Ages 7-12)

August 20 – August 24, 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Learn and practice the methods of a creative field biologist!  Learn what and how observation of the natural world leads to understanding of the natural world , and creative studies.  We will have a nature journal packed with cool stuff by the end of this eye-opening week!  We will learn the basics of drawing what you see and find interesting.  We will learn and develop habits that biologists use to study creatures and the world that they inhabit.  We will make drawings, paintings, a sculpture, and illuminate a nature journal through the week!  You will not ‘see’ creatures the same after this camp!  Really!
