Tween Book Club

October 12, 2012 @ 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Join the Tagaloo Tween Book Club for a fun and exciting way to learn to appreciate youth fiction!  A licensed Virginia teacher will lead this book group which will focus on juvenile fiction for grades 5-8.  Plot, summary, and character development will be explored with discussion and activities to jump start the readers’ critical thinking skills. After that a group discussion will take place facilitated by the tweens themselves. Must read at or above grade level and be able to discuss the book in depth with their peers.
